Sometimes I wonder why we always revert to talking about the weather when we are in that awkward position of standing in an elevator with someone you have nothing to talk about with, is weather really the easiest thing to carry on a conversation? I'm kind of tired of talking about the weather, how come I can't just stand in an elevator or anywhere else the awkwardness occurs and just be silent. Maybe I am the one that feels awkward? Maybe the person beside me is not feeling the same way? maybe they don't give fuck about the weather, maybe I am obsessed with weather? Am I obsessed with the weather? Do I love the sun so much that I want to talk about it with people I don't even know? am I awkward? am I the sun? Do I even enjoy the outdoors? am I trapped in an elevator? Do I even know any people? have I ever been in an awkward conversation? have I even been in an elevator?
